Mark your calendar for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark (3100 Apex Dr, Charlotte, NC 28211). The event will be held on the second floor by the bar, providing a comfortable setting for meaningful conversations.

Flexible check-in options make attendance convenient for your schedule. Choose between our greeted check-in from 5:45 – 6:30 p.m. or self-check-in anytime from 6:30 p.m. until the event concludes.

Free Professional Headshots

Young professionals in attendance will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary professional headshot, courtesy of Jo Hayes Images. This valuable service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving close to 6 p.m. to take advantage of this opportunity.

Parking Information

Convenient parking is available at the nearby parking deck located at 4425 Sharon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle with Apex SouthPark's parking partner Metropolis by scanning a QR code in the deck to complete the one-time registration process.

Once registered, you'll enjoy complimentary parking for the first three hours of your visit. Extended parking rates are as follows:

• 0-3 Hours: Free
• 3-10 Hours: $4/Hour
• 10-11 Hours: $2/Hour
• 11+ Hours: $30 (Max Day Rate)
• Lost Ticket: $30
